My thoughts about God, family and life on the road.
Michael is in my prayers. I'm not sure if you remember me, but we went to summer camp together. I have a very special little girl with a rare genetic disorder. She has been through several surgeries, so I know the feelings that you have been going through. She will be four years old and has been a blessing to us every day of her life. We have learned to appreciate every day God gives us with her, and to celebrate every small milestone. She will probably never talk, will never be able to walk well, and we will be lucky to see her reach adulthood, but I would never trade the blessing she has been to us. More than anything in our lives, she has taught us that we're never strong enough, but that God walks beside us and gives us the strength that we need.God bless
HI Aaron and Sarah. Aaron, we came to see you all in Missoula, MT and met you after the show....we have been praying for Michael and your family since then and all throughout the day today. Hallelujah that the surgery was successful. We will continue to pray for a quick recovery and that the Lord continues to bless your family and ministry. And Sarah, may God give you strength to continue what you do at home so that your husband can do waht he does. It is such a blessing to us all and I know that it comes with a cost to you. It isn't easy being apart and holding down the fort at home. Thank you!! Karen
While listening to my local Christian Radio Station this morning, I heard about your son. My heart goes out to you. My 2 year old daughter was born with a severe congenital heart defect, requiring open heart surgery at 3 months old. She now has a permanent pacemaker too. I too believe that God chose us to be parents of these very special children; what an HONOR! All my love, prayers and thoughts go out to Michael and your entire family!
